Currently Twitch doesn't have a feature to remove videos from 'continue watching'. The best thing you can do is to just watch more videos and the old ones will be pushed down and out of your 'continue watching' section. That sucks sadly watching more videos doesn’t help, Twitch only shows 5 vods at a time but as soon as I finish watching
