I've got mondeo mk3 2.0 tdci with electronic EGR (black connector), and my problem is that at the beginning, my car was "farting" with black smoke around 2000 revs, it was accelerating slowly when reached 2000 revs black ***** from exhaust was coming out and after that car was accelerating brilliant.

I always fill the coolant expansion tank to the minimum mark when the system is cold.
