I think one of the draws of the multi guild system is to be a part of many guilds to experience different guild halls. If making all halls available to each guild individually became a thing, there would be less motivation to join other guilds and possibly make friends there, further insulating players.
To get a guild hall: Talk to the claiming officer for the right one. Gotta fork out 100g. Make sure you have either gliding or exalted mastery for LP or GH respectively. There are 5 waves of mordrem to kill, they spawn events all over the map and you'll need to kill them in time. Then the 'final boss' wave spawns. R2Kv.
